Sloppy Joe Quickies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Vita-Burger, reconstituted
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (6 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    about 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients, adding enough water to make desired consistency. Simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve on toasted buns.
    Serves 6 to 8.
