Barbecued Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (1 1/2-inches thick)
    2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into crosswise slices 1-inch wide. Heat oil; brown steak on all sides. Remove meat and place in casserole dish. Pour off fat, then place garlic, vinegar, sugar, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, salt, dry mustard and pepper in skillet. Simmer 3 minutes. Pour over steak; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
