Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5-6 cups flour
    2 packets yeast
    2/3 c. warm water
    1 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. softened margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast into warm water in a large warm bowl.
    Add warm milk, sugar, salt, margarine and eggs.
    Stir in 2-3 cups flour.
    Beat vigorously with wooden spoon until smooth (150 strokes).
    Gradually stir in another 2-3 cups flour.
    Turn out on a floured board, round, and knead for 5-10 minutes.
    Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
    Shape into rolls or coffee cakes, place in greased pans.
    Brush surface with oil and cover.
    Place in refrigerator for 2-24 hours.
    When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes.
