Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 jar chopped pimentos, drained
    1 can onion rings
Preparation
    Thaw and drain vegetables.
    Add soup, 1/2 of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can of onion rings.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, for 5 more minutes.
    This is really good and easy.
