Sweet Potato Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (30 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick oleo, melted
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oleo, melted
2/3 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine sweet potatoes and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Mix well and add salt, eggs, cinnamon, milk, vanilla and 1 stick melted oleo.
Blend all ingredients well.
Spray 9 x 13-inch oblong dish with Pam and pour above mixture into the dish. In a medium size bowl, add brown sugar and flour.
Add 2/3 cup melted oleo and pecans.
Mixture will be crumbly.
Spoon over potato mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
You can also top with mini marshmallows and bake a few extra minutes.
