Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 sticks celery, diced
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 pinch garlic powder
    milk as desired
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Place potatoes, onion, celery and bouillon in pot; add water 1 inch above mixture.
    Bring to boil.
    Lower heat; cook until potatoes are done.
    Don't overcook.
    Drain half of liquid.
    Place back on medium heat and add margarine and melt.
    Slowly pour in milk.
    Heat until hot; do not overheat.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 4 to 6.
