Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (21 oz.) can pineapple chunks (heavy syrup), drained and save juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar.
    Stir in pineapple juice.
    Pour into buttered 1-quart casserole dish.
    Spoon pineapple over top. Sprinkle cheese over pineapple.
    Combine margarine and cracker crumbs.
    Spread over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
