Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
juice 1 lemon and grated rind
Preparation

Melt margarine and combine with flour, 3/4 cup sugar and other ingredients.
Add 1/4 cup sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Fold into first mixture; pour into buttered casserole dish, place in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool before serving.
