White Pancetta Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Parma Pancetta
1 to 2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Barilla capellini or spaghetti
Preparation

Cut bacon into small piece and fry well with garlic and pepper.
Partially drain.
Spread over cooked capellini and sprinkle
with cheese.
Stir gently and serve.
