Me-Maw Blackwell'S Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    6 eggs (room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, sugar, salt, soda and margarine together.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Add eggs (one at a time) and flour, alternating. Add flavoring.
    Slowly mix all together.
    Grease a tube pan with a nonstick cooking spray and blot excess with paper towel.
    Pour mixture into tube pan and bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    (Temperature depends on oven.)
