Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. oats (uncooked)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firmly into a stone baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
