Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. wild rice
    1/2 green pepper, coarsely chopped
    1/2 red pepper, coarsely chopped
    2 carrots, coarsely chopped
    2 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
    2 2/3 c. chicken stock
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine the wild rice, vegetables and chicken stock in a 3-quart casserole.
    Cook on high for 10 minutes.
    Continue cooking on low for 40 minutes.
    Let rice rest in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
