Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Swiss steak, round steak or venison steak, cut into pieces
    flour, salt and pepper
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced celery
    water (enough to cover meat)
Preparation
    Do not pound meat.
    Brown steak in flour, salt and pepper.
    Put in a roasting pan (it splatters).
    Add tomato sauce, onion and celery and enough water to cover meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours. If gravy is not thick, thicken.
    This may be adjusted to personal tastes.
