Bread Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. coarse salt
    egg whites
Preparation
    Mix water and yeast.
    Mix in flour and sugar.
    Roll in pretzel shapes.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Brush with egg white, sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
