Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Form into balls. Mix soup and water in pot of a pressure cooker.
    Drop meatballs into pressure cooker.
    Cover; set control at 10 and cook 10 minutes after control jiggles.
    Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes, then place under faucet.
    Serves 4. This recipe is both fast and very popular with children!
