George'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. bouillon
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed in butter
    sherry
Preparation
    Drain mushrooms and add to rice. Combine sherry, butter and mushroom juice to make 1 cup. Put into baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
