Miniature Cheese Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 recipe for 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Spoon some graham cracker crust mixture on bottom of miniature paper cups.
    Press down with bottom of a shot glass.
    Put 1 good tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in cup, but don't fill to top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Top with cherry pie filling.
    Makes 44 cups.
