Chicken Stew With Dumplings - cooking recipe

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes (dried)
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken soup
2/3 c. milk
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Arrange chicken pieces in a medium size baking dish, thicker pieces facing toward the outer edge of dish.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes, paprika, salt and pepper.
Cook, covered with waxed paper, in microwave at power level \"High\" for 19 to 20 minutes.
Drain off all liquid.
Combine soup and 2/3 cup milk and pour over chicken.
Cover and microwave for 6 minutes, stirring once.
