Moon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/2 lb. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cake flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. ground nuts, mixed with Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites in small bowl; fold in 2 tablespoons regular flour.
    Set mixture aside.
    In large bowl, add sugar, egg yolks and dry ingredients.
    Alternate with milk.
    Fold egg white mixture into large bowl.
    Pour batter into greased jelly roll pan (10 x 15-inch).
    Sprinkle with nuts on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Allow to cool, then cut with donut cutter into crescent shapes.
