Gail'S Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. crawfish, chicken or shrimp
    3 sticks margarine
    3 onions
    2 bell peppers
    3 celery stalks
    3 pods garlic
    4 tsp. parsley and onion tops
    1/4 c. flour
    1 pt. half and half cream
    1 lb. jalapeno cheese
    1 lb. egg noodles
Preparation
    Saute onions, bell peppers and celery in butter.
    Add parsley, garlic and crawfish.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add flour, cream and cheese.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Boil and drain noodles.
    Add to mixture.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
