Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, cored and chopped tomatoes
    2 c. seeded green peppers
    1 c. chopped hot peppers
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves minced or chopped garlic
Preparation
    Cook to boil for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 pints.
