Corn Crisped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken
    1 c. Kellogg's cornflake crumbs
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces into evaporated milk.
    Then roll in mixture of cornflake crumbs, Accent, salt and pepper.
    Place chicken in shallow baking pan lined with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until drumstick is tender.
