Zucchini And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 firm zucchini
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    12 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and quarter lengthwise the zucchini; cut crosswise in 1/2-inch slices.
    In a large skillet, heat oil.
    Add zucchini and garlic until brown.
    Add tomatoes and thyme.
    Simmer until everything is warm.
    Season to taste.
