Choice Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
4 to 5 c. flour
Preparation

Melt shortening into hot milk, then cool.
Dissolve yeast into the warm water.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Dough may be sticky, but do not add more flour.
Let rise, roll out and cut. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
