Casserole Alaska - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, buttered
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, flaked
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Butter 4 slices bread, cut or break into cubes.
    Flake salmon, combine with bread in buttered casserole.
    Beat egg slightly. Pour over bread and salmon and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
