Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium size sweet potatoes
    2 c. apples, peeled and sliced
    3 c. small marshmallows
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick, put in bottom of baking dish, cover with apples and marshmallows.
    Stir sugar, salt and cinnamon together; sprinkle over potatoes.
    Mix cornstarch and water together and pour over potatoes.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
