Rosemary Forcaccia Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. dry yeast
    2 2/3 c. warm water
    8 c. flour
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    2 Tbsp. kosher salt
    1 Tbsp. ground fresh whole peppercorn
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
Preparation
    Mix yeast and warm water in bowl; let set for 5 to 10 minutes in warm spot until it starts working.
    Add remaining ingredients. With dough hook, mix at medium speed for 3 to 5 minutes, then low speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
