Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. cooking oil
1 stick oleo
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. tart apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix together oil, oleo, sugar and eggs.
Sift together flour, soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in 3 cups tart apples and 1 cup chopped pecans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour in tube or sheet pan.
