Date Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. dates
    2 lb. pecans
    12 oz. cherries
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix as any other cake.\tBake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
