Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together.
Add salad oil, eggs, vanilla and lemon flavoring and mix well.
Add grated carrots and chopped nuts.
Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool before frosting.
