Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon
1 c. onion, chopped
3 1/2 c. zucchini, peeled
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation

Fry bacon slightly and chop.
Add onion until golden.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until tender and most of sauce is absorbed (about 25 minutes).
