Breakfast Before - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    4 slices bread, cubed
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    8 to 10 oz. Cheddar cheese (half moon), grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute sausage; drain.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch dish (use Pam if desired).
    Layer bread, sausage and cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over all.
    Cover and refrigerate. Can be completely assembled the night before.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
