Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can small green chilies, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil.
    Add corn, milk and dry ingredients, beating lightly after each addition.
    Add chili peppers and half of cheese.
    Pour into a greased dish and cover with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Good with any kind of cooked dried bean.
