Garlic Cheese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless deskinned chicken breasts
garlic salt, seasoned salt, ground pepper to taste
8 Tbsp. butter
2 medium onions
10 medium mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 to 2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. horseradish
Preparation

Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thick.
Sprinkle with seasoning.
Spread each with 2 tablespoons cheese.
Roll up to enclose cheese and secure with toothpick.
Melt butter and onions and saute until soft.
Remove with slotted spoon and set aside.
