Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. black beans, soaked overnight
    2 medium onions
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. bell pepper, diced
    4 qt. beef or chicken stock
    3 ham hocks
    1 c. rice
    3 oz. vinegar
    salt
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in bacon fat for 5 minutes.
    Add bean stock and ham hocks.
    Cook until beans are almost done.
    Add rice and cook until rice is tender.
    Add seasonings and vinegar.
    Serve with chopped onion.
