Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    assorted sliced fruit (example: kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
    1 c. juice from canned fruit (I use liquid from mandarin oranges)
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    To Make Crust:
    Mix powdered sugar, butter and flour together. Press into an ungreased pizza pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Cool.
