Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. dark brown sugar
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Stir sugar, butter and water together over low heat until dissolved.
    Add pecans and stir constantly until mixture forms a hard ball in cold water.
    Remove from heat and drop onto marble or wax paper, making small patties, about 2-inches in diameter.
