Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
4 apples, peeled and cut up small
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat eggs; mix in sugar, vanilla and vegetable oil.
Add dry ingredients.
Fold in cut up apples and nuts (dough will be very thick).
Bake in a 9 x 9-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
