Cauliflower Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can cream soup (cheese, celery, mushroom or onion)
1/2 c. chicken broth or milk
1 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

In covered 10-inch skillet with 1 inch boiling water, cook cauliflower until tender-crisp.
Drain.
In same skillet, place butter and heat.
Add pepper and mushrooms and cook until tender. Stir in soup and liquid.
Mix well.
Add cheese and pimento. Return cauliflower to skillet and heat through.
Place in serving dish and sprinkle parsley on top.
