Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spinach
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    3/4 lb. butter, melted
    pastry sheets
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese
    6 eggs, beaten separately
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean and chop spinach and put in large mixing bowl.
    Add cheeses and seasonings.
    Add egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into spinach mixture.
    Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan and put 6 pastry sheets in pan, brushing each with melted butter.
    Spread spinach mixture evenly and cover with 6 more pastry sheets and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
    Cut in squares.
    Serve hot or cold.
