Cheese Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. chili pepper or chili powder
    1 c. tomato soup (10 1/2 oz. condensed)
    1/2 can water
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix the cracker crumbs and eggs together first.
    Combine the ground beef, cheese, salt, pepper, crumb mixture and chili pepper or chili powder.
    Mixture will be stiff.
    Form into balls (size of golf balls).
    Roll in flour.
    Place in 2-quart casserole and cover with the sauce.
    Mix and bring to a boil the remaining ingredients. Pour over the meatballs.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour and uncovered for 1/2 hour.
