Plenty O'Peanuts Snack Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. Quaker Oh's honey graham cereal
    1 (12 oz.) can cocktail peanuts
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
    Combine cereal and peanuts in large bowl.
    Combine sugar and corn syrup in small saucepan.
    Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, to a full rolling boil.
    Remove mixture from heat.
    Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
    Pour over cereal mixture, mixing until well coated. Press mixture into prepared pan.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Cut into 2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch bars.
    Store in refrigerator.
