Ice Cream Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

cookies (any flavor, not filled or sandwich)
ice cream (any flavor)

Preparation

Place small scoop of ice cream on one cookie and top with another cookie.
Continue until you are finished.
Work in small batches and quickly.
Place the filled cookies on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper or plastic wrap.
Cover and freeze until set.
(If making large amounts, turn the freezer setting up.)
May be individually wrapped after set.
