Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frozen pie shell
3 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
pepper
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
5 to 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Brown pie shell.
Line shell with sliced tomatoes. Mix cheese, bacon and onion.
Spread atop tomatoes.
Blend eggs, milk and mayonnaise.
Spoon on top of pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
