Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. partially cooked rice
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    salt and pepper
    bacon strips (optional)
Preparation
    Wilt cabbage leaves in boiling water. Cool.
    Mix all ingredients except soup and water.
    Fill leaves.
    Roll and secure with toothpicks, if necessary.
    Place in roasting pan.
    Mix soup and water; pour over cabbage rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
