Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
7 oz. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) caramel topping (ice cream topping in jar)
2 deep graham cracker crusts (or 3 small)
Preparation

Melt butter and add pecans and coconut.
Stir until toasted. Set aside to cool.
With mixer, mix cream cheese and condensed milk.
Fold in Cool Whip and beat until smooth.
Layer the following in each pie crust:
1/2 cream cheese, 1/2 coconut and pecans and 1/2 caramel.
Repeat, ending with caramel.
Pies freeze well for later use.
