Sudjuki (Turkish Camel Sausage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground camel meat (we obviously use ground beef)
    1 whole head garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. allspice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and blend very well to mix spices throughout meat.
    Form into patties and fry.
    A very different flavor, but very, very good.
