Calorie Counter'S Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    3/4 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. thinly sliced Bermuda onion
    1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, carrot and onion.
    Stir together yogurt, oil, horseradish, 1/8 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Toss all together.
    Chill several hours.
    Makes 4 servings.
