Eastern Shore Crab Cakes(Yields 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Combine first 10 ingredients.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Coat in flour.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Can be chilled in fridge all day or overnight.
    Fry in butter or oleo over medium heat 4 minutes on each side or until golden.
