Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lb. boneless chicken, cut up
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 soup can milk
pepper to taste
garlic to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Heat soups and milk in large saucepan until well blended and warm.
Add half of butter and all of rice. Stir and remove from heat.
Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish.
Place chicken pieces on top.
Pour rest of butter over this.
Bake,
uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
